Bad breath is something that everyone has to deal - but some have to deal with it more then others. There are some people who have trouble with bad breath due to what they eat, drink, stress, or certain type of illnesses.
In order to fix your bad breath you must start at the basics. You need to make sure that you are performing the usual oral hygienic routine every day. Brush your teeth after meal, floss once a day, and clean your gums (gently) is a great way to start. If this doesn't always work (which for some people it won't) than you can try:
1. Cleaning off your tongue right after you wake up and right before you go to bed will help to get rid of any extra bacteria in your mouth.
2. Make regular visits to your dentist for teeth cleanings and cavity fillings. If you let this go unnoticed then you are welcoming bacteria into your mouth and letting it grow.
3. Cleaning your gums with cloves or myrrh can help keep your gums clean and will prevent them from bleeding (which would happen if you cleaned them with your toothbrush.
4. Swish and gargle water immediately after every meal or snack. This will remove any food particles.
5. Stay away from foods that can cause bad breath (onions, fatty foods, sugar, cheeses, and garlic). Eat more fruits.
6. Taking Vitamin B, C, and Zinc supplements will help fight off extra mucus and toxins that can cause bad breath.
