of foods that could cause acne in different people but mostly the dairy
products, fast foods, sea foods, soft drinks, confectioneries are the main
types of foods that can cause acne. According to a latest research findings in
the national nurses health study in America, skim milk is a particularly
important factor in the outbreak of acne in most people. 47000 women
participated in the research project and the results showed that those women
that consumed 3 servings of milk per day had reported 22% more acne outbreaks
as compared to those women who drank one serving of milk per week. Other food
items that were analyzed in the research included cheese and sherbet and they
were also reported to cause acne outbreaks. Sea foods can also cause acne
outbreak because of the amount of iodine in it as iodine is known to make acne
severe.
On
the other hand, certain other foods can help you in treating and curing acne.
The main food items that can help treat acne include fresh vegetables
especially green vegetables, fresh fruits or fruit juices. Fruits that are rich
in vitamin c can improve acne tremendously like orange or orange juice.
Lemonade also have the same effect as it is also rich in vitamin c which is
mainly responsible for skin healing process.

and consume those food items that can help you treat acne as much as you can. A
good habit is to make a diet plan and work according to that diet plan for a
week or two and then see the results. If you see no improvement in your acne
then your acne might be due to some genetic disorder, stress or some other
cause.
